While serving in the U.S Peace Corps, Nathan worked with the Molepolole College of Education Department of Music, assisting both staff and students in the composition and rehearsal of music. He has taught lessons on guitar, bass, percussion, keyboard, marimba, mixing/mastering, live sound, and performance. He has worked closely with the Dean of the department to help coordinate theoretical lessons with practical ones. Over the term of his service He has been able to reestablish the Molepolole College of Music’s “house band.” This band is composed of 1st and 2nd year students from the college. Lastly, he assisted the college with repairing the instruments and sound equipment belonging to the college.
He worked with the community VDC, U.S ROTC, and U.S Marines to build and amphitheater to serve his village as an outlet for the performing arts. The amphitheater is used by the school to hold assemblies and classes.
